Separate copies and retained records
Other device copies, iCloud copies, exported files, and copies independently retained by recipients may need separate deletion. Retailer purchases and order records are unaffected. Support, security, and backup records follow the purposes and retention criteria in our privacy policy. We explain the completion timeframe and any lawful exception when handling your request. Never send your password.
